Because we are so confident in the quality of the trunks we manufacture, we include a lifetime warranty on all products sold through this website.

If your trunk is ever broken or damaged, we will repair it free of charge for life.

All trunks must have prior authorization to be returned. Please call first. The only damage excluded from our warranty is cosmetic wear.

Return freight for all trunk returns must be paid for by the customer to and from factory.

This warranty does not cover damage incurred if the trunk is used as a shipping container or for airline travel. Our trunks are consumer trunks, not commercial trunks. They are not designed to hold up to the abuse that airlines or shipping companies put them through.

For airline, trucking and harsh shipping environments, we would like to suggest our ATA style trunks.

They are specifically designed to withstand the punishment of commercial shipping methods and are manufactured to a much higher standard than conventional trunks.

If the incorrect item was purchased it may be returned in new and unused condition and a refund will be issued less any shipping and handling charges. The customer is still responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to the Rose Trunk warehouse.
