How much does shipping cost?
Absolutely nothing! Rose Trunk will ship your order via UPS Ground. We are currently offering free shipping on all trunks purchased through this website.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders leave the warehouse within 48 hours. Standard shipping normally takes 1-6 business days. Total delivery time is usually 2-8 business days, depending where the order is being shipped to. Click here for shipping details.
Do you offer a warranty?
All of our trunks come with a lifetime warranty, which covers any damage except cosmetic wear. Please call 516-766-6686 for details on returning your damaged trunk. This warranty covers HARD trunks ONLY. The customer is responsible for freight to and from factory.
What is your return policy?
Every effort is made to deliver a defect free item. If you notice any damage to the shipping carton, please notify UPS and have them inspect the item before you take possession of it.
Items must be returned in new and unused condition within 15 days You must call 516-766-6686 to obtain a RA ("Return Authorization") number. All returns must be sent prepaid to:

We will refund the purchase price of the trunk, less original shipping charges. We recommend UPS Ground for returns.
